It's my own fault.

I felt I had been lazy by only doing my gentle gym programme so decided to do my 'I haven't got RA' hard gym programme and blow the stresses away. Boy do I hurt, feels odd too.

On top of that I am a little stressed. We have moved office to Cambridge City - this means that I have to get up an hour earlier to miss the traffic and have a longer journey. Now, I've not been great at getting up for a couple of years now and it is taking its toll. Talk about tired!

On top of that, I work in the Civil Service, they are cutting our rights/jobs, the region I work for is being disbanded and I don't know where the hell I will end up or what I'll be doing. I really want to go back home (Lowestoft rather than Newmarket) but don't know whether I will be able to. Luckily I shouldn't be made redundant.

On top of that, I think I have a bout of irritable bowel syndrome. Have the pains in my back and middle, am 'irregular' if you know what I mean. I'll start on the peppermint pills when I get home.

My manager has agreed I can work in Newmarket Wednesday to give me a little break (one day - wow).

Never mind - my 2 cases of red wine should have turned up today - here's hoping! Tongue

Dear Angie
What's your fault? I'm not surprised you're stressed with everything that's going on at the moment!!! Which, of course, won't help the RA.
Please, please look after yourself.

I know exactly what you mean about the IBS -hits me too at times of stress.

Take care

Thanks Maria

It was really therapeutic writing out what was happening.

Still tired but resting a bit more rather than pushing myself through it all. I still thank my lucky stars that I have mild RA which is controlled. I worry a lot about some of our friends on here and can't imagine how difficult it can be.
